Motion
1
I would like to Motion that only New comers with 30 days or Less be called out during newcomer recognition celebration to help make more time for chairing the message and sharing. This probably will add more time for chairing message and shares. If this motion is approved then it also needs to  be changed on the chairing welcome message. Thank you.
2
I would like to bring up a motion to limit the meeting to 1 hour. We having only 2 or 3  people  doing hosting now puts a strain on the hosting person. I would like to urge the group to strictly enforce 15 minutes fellowship starting at 8.45 pm to 9pm, Ending the meeting at ( pm and fellowship from 9 pm to 9.15 pm and closing the meeting unless some one else is available to take over the hosting. Its just a suggestion from some one who is actually does hosting. I will abide by group decision regardless. This is only a suggestion to the group. Thank you all very much for keeping me sober.
3
That people check in with Court Attendance by PM/DM when they come into the meeting so that she knows who is in the meeting & when they checked in with her & that the WORD be dropped in the chat no later than 9:55pm. (On the website our meeting ends at 10pm)
4
That the group members be allowed to attend the monthly officer’s meeting because at in-person Home Group all members are allowed to be attend & speak at monthly officer’s meeting
5
That no one other than the TS working be let into the meeting before 8:45
6
That a group membership NAME list be made. How do member of security team working GC meeting know who in the room is a member of AABP ?
7
Say in opening about Anonymity and suggest that people changing their names before coming into the meeting
8
Starting an AABP Men’s group meeting once a week
9
Not be talking over others during the fellowships
10
A phone number & sponsor list for the security team to be able to send out in chat to fellows
11
I make a motion that the Group officer’s term in office go from (1) year to (4) months

5.
New Business
The GC will only proceed to new business once all of the old business is addressed. If there is not enough time to address the following motion(s) will be carried over to the following GC.

Motion
1
AABP zoom room.  Zoom room is being used for personal and private parties where much gossip occurs.  The room belongs to the group.  File a motion that all AABP zoom room activities be approved by GC and open to all.  I entered the room and felt very uncomfortable by bunch of ladies in there. I have spoken with other members and they also feel as though lots of gossip goes on after meeting hours and all are not welcomed
2
Motion to create Newcomer Liason Chair position

6.
Meeting Closure & Adjournment
